What I like most about ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is how it centralizes employee requests, HR cases, and workflows in one place. Employees can submit requests and track their status without having to rely so heavily on email.
The workflow automation, case tracking, and self-service features are especially helpful. From an administrator’s perspective, it also offers clearer visibility into what’s pending, who owns each request, and overall HR service performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest challenge I’ve found with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is the upfront configuration and the learning curve. Getting HR workflows, roles, permissions, and case types set up correctly can take a while, and this is especially true in larger organizations.
On top of that, certain customizations can become complicated as you go deeper. You also have to be very deliberate about access controls, since HR cases often include sensitive employee information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
