What do you like best about ServiceNow HR Service Delivery?

One thing I liked was that most HR requests can be handled from one place. instead of going through emails, employees can raise requests from the portal, and the flow designer helps reduces manual work. What do you dislike about ServiceNow HR Service Delivery?

One thing I found a bit challenging was the learning curve. Because HRSD has many modules and configuration options, it takes time to understand how everything fits and works together. On top of that, some advanced customizations require fairly complex scripting knowledge, so beginners may need extra time before they feel comfortable using it. What problems is ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve found ServiceNow HRSD really useful because it centralizes HR requests in one place, rather than having to manage everything through emails or multiple tools. It streamlines onboarding, approvals, HR case management, and document requests by using workflow automation through Flow Designer. Employees can also submit and track their requests from a single portal, which makes the overall experience smoother and more transparent. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and keeps HR processes better organized. Also we are currently using Now assist for chatbot and quick answer to employees which solves many of there issues without logging any case.which saves lot of time and efforts.
