What do you like best about ServiceNow Customer Service Management?

Ticket Resolution keeps our day-to-day operations organized and predictable. It gives the team clear visibility into case histories, SLAs, and handoffs, so customer issues don’t fall through the cracks and ownership stays clear from start to finish. Single Sign-On removes the everyday friction of logging in, providing secure, fast access without the usual password-management headaches. Live Chat is essential for real-time customer engagement, letting agents respond to quick questions immediately and helping defuse urgent issues before they escalate. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Customer Service Management?

Knowledge Base Management feels overly rigid and cluttered, which makes it tedious to keep articles current and clean up outdated content. The learning curve is noticeably steep, and onboarding new team members takes longer than it should because the navigation and configuration aren’t especially intuitive. The Generative AI features can be hit-or-miss, and suggested auto-replies sometimes come across as generic or off-context, so they need manual editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
