What do you like best about ServiceNow App Engine?

For me, the biggest advantage of ServiceNow App Engine is how practical it is for building applications and automating day to day processes. I like that I can create and customize applications without writing everything from the ground up. The workflow automation, integrations, and different use cases make it useful for handling a wide range of business requirements. As an AI/ML Engineer, I also appreciate the flexibility it gives me to work with existing systems and focus more on the actual problem rather than spending too much time on basic application development. What do you dislike about ServiceNow App Engine?

If I had to point out one area for improvement, I would say the platform can feel a little overwhelming in the beginning because there are so many options available. It took me some time to understand where everything fits and how to use the different features effectively. What problems is ServiceNow App Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I find most useful is that ServiceNow App Engine helps reduce the gap between identifying a business problem and actually building something to solve it. Instead of starting every application from scratch, I can use the platform to create workflows, automate repetitive tasks, connect with existing systems and manage the process in one place. From my perspective as an AI/ML Engineer, this is helpful because it lets me focus more on the data, logic, and actual business requirement rather than spending a lot of time on routine application development. It is also useful when requirements change, because applications and workflows can be adjusted without having to completely rebuild the solution.
