What do you like best about Serviceful?

Their prioritization methodology really helped us focus on using AI where it would take the business to the next level. Their rigorous approach to track department wise KPIs before and after AI deployment was invaluable. Engineering ended up on Claude Code and Cursor, product and design on Claude Cowork with Figma AI, and our content team stayed on ChatGPT because the team was familiar with it.

The content team’s work was the biggest improvement for us. Rather than generic prompting advice, they understood how we build question banks with SME reviews and encoded that against our learning units. What do you dislike about Serviceful?

Recommendations to others considering Serviceful:

Highly recommend working with them. They’re a team that truly understands both the financial and technical aspects of AI, and are willing to go to the last mile even post project completion to ensure client success.

Ensure to get your functional heads in the room, not just the technical leads. Several of the highest-return findings were in non-technical departments where we didn’t think of AI as a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Serviceful solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were already using AI in bits and pieces. The content team had a few ChatGPT licenses, a couple of our engineers had started using Claude Code on their own. We needed someone to craft the overall AI strategy and educate the different team members on how to use the tools effectively in their daily work.

Serviceful came in and audited the business function by function and told us where the return was and what tool to use in each place. We invested in a 2 month implementation across educational content, customer success, product, engineering, and our leadership teams. We've seen over 40% productivity improvement across functions which ultimately lifts our margins significantly. The bigger change is that we are have become an AI-native organisation.
