What do you like best about servicecamp for G Suite?

What do you dislike about servicecamp for G Suite?

What problems is servicecamp for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a way for the employees to report their computer systems issues and troubles. Before Servicecamp they called me at any time with no order at all, and that took from me so much time. But now each issue has a number and I’m solving the issues according to their entry order. And people now don’t call me, they open tickets and when I’m ready to solve the problem, I call them back.
