What do you like best about Server Management and Monitoring?

The best is that they reduced our cloud server billing and also optimized our servers in such a way that we got our high CPU usage issue in WooCommerce resolved, which our in-house team was unable to solve for the last 1 year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Server Management and Monitoring?

They have been using Skype for communication, and their ticket platform is a little complex to use. They don't have any direct phone support where I can call them to explain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Server Management and Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a UAE-based e-commerce company using Digital Ocean and have been experiencing high CPU utilization, which made our website unreachable for our users. After we got in touch with the Codeyo Genie team, they handled it in a short amount of time and helped us reduce our high CPU usage as soon as possible, as we were continuously increasing the instance configuration to get rid of the high CPU usage, resulting in an increase in our monthly billing of $500 until Codeyo Genie optimization reduced it below $200.
