What do you like best about Serrala?

The use of uploaded bank statements and automated posting rules has created efficiencies and improved our business processes. I like the fact you can build rules to ensure cash is posting as soon as the bank statement loads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serrala?

Our business has a lot of deduction activity against payment and this has been more complex to find solutions. BPI is very rigid, if a customer changes their remit format our BPI no longer works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Serrala solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cash posting - Our bank accounts who achieve 75% + auto posting, helps the collection team know who has paid and also allows orders to flow rather than being held up waiting for manual posting of cash. we have some of the more complex customers using BPI and this helps accuracy of posting and speeds up that process.
