What do you like best about Serenity?

The software is very intuitive and follows the thought process of a safety professional. The team is awesome to work with and they listen to the voice of the customer, trying to clearly understand what is being requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serenity?

One thing that our team disliked about Serenity is the lack of documentation for users/administrators to reference after implementation. It has been mentioned, however, that this is something that the Serenity team is currently working on. We were also permitted by the Serenity team to record our onboarding and implementation sessions, which was very helpful to refer back to since reference documents were not yet available. What problems is Serenity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Serenity is helping us solve the issue of not having a singular global system that we can use for incidents, inspections/audits, and risk assessments. Before Serenity, we were forced to use multiple systems and spreadsheets to track the items mentioned but now, it is very beneficial to have so much housed in one system that our entire global EHS team can utilize.
