What do you like best about SEQUESTO?

- the AI Assistant is a game changer, as a user it is literally as simple as ‘you ask - the AI Assistant answers’ with what you were looking for;

- the answers provided have left us stunned every single time in terms of accuracy & speed;

- project specific content creation has never been more efficient, as we can summarise, rephrase and even translate;

- and this can be done directly in the embedded Word & Excel Editor in the platform itself!;

- the entire documentation of tenders is analysed in just a couple of minutes;

- the bid/no-bid decision-making process significantly reduces time and manual effort;

- 1-Click auto-fill of Questionnaires;

- team collaboration made easy (internal and with SMEs);

- assistance in determining necessary document attachments;

- the Collective Memory - functions as the core - is exceptional, delivering only relevant information, ensuring continuity and mitigating knowledge loss;

- the AI technology is sophisticated and impactful, offering content that is precisely tailored on each project’s specifications;

- fantastic, straight forward, no nonsense user experience and interface;

What do you dislike about SEQUESTO?

The Sequesto platform has been a game changer for us. Hands down, we have not experienced any downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SEQUESTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

- optimising the entire process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Security Questionnaires, DDQs and Tender responses for greater efficiency

- intelligent automations and workflows have taken the place of much of the routine and prone-to-error tasks

- ensuring deadlines are kept, real-time team collaboration and automated reminders to involved team members → previously out of reach

- the issue of losing knowledge when employees leave has been completely reversed; in fact, the onboarding time for new team members has been reduced since we began utilising the platform
