What do you like best about SEQUESTO?

Sequesto has saved me time by handling the routine elements of tendering effectively, producing accurate, high-quality draft responses, and giving me the flexibility to tailor the tool while running many different bids and tenders—across a range of styles and formats—through one platform. Sequesto also lets me bring in collaborators while still retaining control of the overall bid, supported by intuitive and flexible user interfaces.

By tailoring 'James', I’m able to run efficient AI queries and use it for drafting, support, and workflow processes, and the dashboard gives me clear, accurate progress reporting across each project. The support from the team at Sequesto has been extremely attentive, progressive, and collaborative, and it has helped me get the most out of the tool. I would recommend Sequesto to any company, team, or individual who regularly responds to bids and tenders and needs role-level access controls and oversight. What do you dislike about SEQUESTO?

There is very little that I dislike about Sequesto, in fact I am struggling to pinpoint anything. The very small elements that I haven't been a fan of, such as minor formatting issues have all been 'fixed' by Sequesto within a week and so they are no longer concerns for me and didn't hinder my use of Sequesto in the first place. What problems is SEQUESTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sequesto is solving the problem of working more efficiently in the face of more complex and demanding bid and tendering procedures. Not only does Sequesto run tailored workflows, but meaningfully inputs into all elements of the bid and tender process from initial review of the documents, through categorisation, identification and drafting, to reviewing and lessons learned.

This means that I am able to spend more time on the strategic elements of bids and tenders, significantly shorten the 'time to first draft' and ensure consistency where it matters.
