I'd been looking for an alternative transactional and marketing email platform for some time, and I'm really glad I came across Sequenzy.

The system is easy to configure and use, the email builder is excellent, and the API integration and documentation are first class. Best of all, the support is exceptional. Nic is always available, responds quickly, and is genuinely keen to improve the platform.

We've had numerous feature requests implemented incredibly quickly, and any issues we've encountered have been resolved almost immediately. The AI integration is also genuinely useful, rather than feeling like it's been added simply for the sake of having AI.

We've already seen improved open and click rates compared with our other providers, and the platform offers excellent value for money.
