Can't say anything bad about the product, significant improvements were made over the last few years and all of the previous issues were well worked on.
Recent forced change of contract terms from pay-as-you-go format to a long term fixed volume yearly commit is a significant downside given that it doesn't synergize well with seasonal business models, however it's important to note that this downside is unrelated to the product itself.
