The support was responsive at first, which kept me optimistic. It was an excellent software to track your rankings. **What do you dislike about Seodity?** I've been really frustrated with Seodity since December 2024. The software just stopped working, and their support has been completely unresponsive. I got one vague promise about forwarding my issue to the developers, but nothing happened after that. It’s surprising that a company would ignore its customers, especially when even the cheapest subscription is €48. It feels like they’re trying to get rid of those of us who bought lifetime deals through Appsumo. I can't recommend Seodity because of their unreliable service and lack of support. Since 2024 there is no response whatsoever. Strange, because site is still live... but you cannot get in contact whatsoever. **What do you dislike about Seodity?** The project and possibly company is dead. No way to contact them, making appointment through site is turned off... no one is answering any quesstions since january 2024. Digging into keywords data for your own and competition ranking is super easy and insightful. Then, for audit issues, finding the issue elements is good. There are four export options for various data several places in the app: CSV and PDF download, Google Sheet export and CSV export to your Google Drive. Very Easy! Customer support is fairly quick via their in-app chat widget. Over the last 11-12 months, they have added, enhanced a bunch of features, and fixed some bugs. AI Content Generator **What do you dislike about Seodity?** Due to their updates in the past 11-12 months, I have removed some of my previous suggestions. I would like to suggest the following improvements: 1. Allow customizable frequency for keyword rank tracking instead of fixed daily analysis, and for technical and SEO analysis, allow customizable frequency instead of weekly. 2. Allow customizable frequency for emailing the SEO summary and keyword ranking. **What problems is Seodity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding keywords and then tracking their rank is essential for my business to rank higher and for organic traffic to my business website. Using Seodity, I can do that and do competitive analyses. I am starting to see that I am ranking higher. Improving technical SEO is critical for website health, and Seodity provides that feature with details, including any issues and guides you on how to fix them. ### 6. I've noticed that it tends to provide lower counts of backlinks in comparison to SEMRush and Ahrefs. The simplicity, easy to use, email reports, and able to spy on competitors keywords is very important features for me. Finding relevant keywords is straightforward. It offers insights into search volumes, competition, and trends. You can drilldown to low-competition keywords that can significantly boost search rankings. The competitor analysis feature is gold. You can quickly research and learn from your competitors strategies. Find valuable insights about comp traffic (organic / paid), their keywords, ad spends etc. **What do you dislike about Seodity?** It is a nice user-friendly system. There could be a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're new to SEO. **What problems is Seodity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small agency that operates in Travel & Hospitality segment. We provide basic SEO services to our clients who are mostly Hotels. As compared to ecommerce (D2C) brands the SEO-related complexities in Travel businesses are much lower. Seodity offers a rather complete suite of SEO tools at a fraction of the cost of the SEO software that dominate the market. I think for most solo consultants or SEOs that need a software for their own projects this is a great way to access all the data they need whithout spending hundres of dollars a month for a licence. Also, the support their team provided was really good, often answering my questions withing a few hours (sometimes even faster than that). **What do you dislike about Seodity?** The set up requires to have different projects for analyzing different domains, which generally feels overkill when you just need to look something up quickly but don't need to have that domain under your radar.
