Another highly appreciated aspect of Seobility is the presence of a large amount of informational materials. For first-time users of the platform, Seobility gets you started with a wizard that walks you through the process of adding your website, some keywords, and your competitors and ends with scanning your website to take a first look at your SEO issues. This feature makes it easy to integrate some basic SEO audits into your website maintenance routine and presents you with with a summary score made up of technical and meta-data related issues, as well as structure and content related issues for your site. Another plus side of Seobility is that it gives you a free 14 day trial if you need to test out the premium features. While you will need to add your credit card to access the trial, two weeks is plenty of time to take advantage of the full set of premium features (removal of most limits) work on your website to correct major SEO issues. In terms of customer support options Seobility has a set of dedicated how to get started articles for beginners, a wiki site of SEO terms that you can look up definitions for, frequently asked questions about working with the platform, and a general blog to expand users' SEO knowledge. In terms of support for specific issues within the platform, there is a send a message option which allows users to capture either screenshots or video recordings while using the platform and send a support request to their customer service team. **What do you dislike about Seobility?** While setting up my website in Seobility, I encountered a few error screens with less than helpful messages. I believe some of these errors were due to the platform not yet having the data needed to display certain analytics or reaching the limits of my subscription but instead of displaying a message asking users to wait, the platform displayed something more cryptic, like the name of a missing variable. This may be off putting for some new users, thinking that the platform has bugs and this is something the team should try to correct. The platform also has no live chat or call support available for customers. The send a message feature sensor team an email and you have to wait for them to respond by email for any kind of resolution. **What problems is Seobility solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are very few niches or industries right now where consumers are not trying to find a solution online. Even a nonprofit organizations being able to stand out in search results or be found when potential supporters are looking for you is critical. Seobility is helping us to make our website more findable in online searches, and it is also helping us to improve our overall website usability. Through the competitor analysis with keyword features we are able to understand what we need to do better and to also generate ideas for the type of content, we need to add to our website. The user friendliness of the platform and the getting starting guides have helped us to start getting our website on track without the need of hiring an expensive consultant.
