While you will need to add your credit card to access the trial, two weeks is plenty of time to take advantage of the full set of premium features (removal of most limits) work on your website to correct major SEO issues.

In terms of customer support options Seobility has a set of dedicated how to get started articles for beginners, a wiki site of SEO terms that you can look up definitions for, frequently asked questions about working with the platform, and a general blog to expand users' SEO knowledge. While setting up my website in Seobility, I encountered a few error screens with less than helpful messages. I believe some of these errors were due to the platform not yet having the data needed to display certain analytics or reaching the limits of my subscription but instead of displaying a message asking users to wait, the platform displayed something more cryptic, like the name of a missing variable. This may be off putting for some new users, thinking that the platform has bugs and this is something the team should try to correct.

I find the backlink database in Seobility to be somewhat limited compared to other tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, which makes it less useful for competitive link-building strategies. Additionally, I encounter a limitation with the keyword data; the tool heavily relies on Google autosuggest, which restricts its depth and breadth in keyword research. Furthermore, I wish there were more customizable options for reports as this would enhance the ease of presenting them to clients and justify a long-term investment in the service. It does occasionally flag something as a misspelling when in reality, that misspelling cannot be found on the page. (I think it has only done that on one of my pages). I also feel like sometimes there are too many clicks into more and more urls to find the area/item that needs adjusting. I don't know if that is just how SEO analysis works or not though, but from a user perspective, there is a lot of deep branching going on and it takes a lot of back arrow clicks to return to the summary page I'm I'm to work from.
