I like the user interface of Senteon System Hardening, which makes managing client devices much easier. I also appreciate how I can easily see when devices drift from recommended settings or when there's a global update needed. The staff has been wonderful, especially Amelia Chen, who has been a great help and a friendly face during the integration process. The speed of deployment is impressive; activating or disabling a device happens within seconds, which is great when something needs to be changed or fixed quickly. The quick disabling of an endpoint's Senteon allows users to work normally again if there were unforeseen blocks that occurred when Senteon was activated, without much delay, while issues are addressed. The interface of Senteon System Hardening can get confusing at times. I ran into a bug today when trying to exit the editing screen, and reloading the page made all settings disappear. It seems like a UI bug on my end. Also, I think the UI needs a more intuitive flow for transitioning from baseline to endpoints. It feels like there's room for improvement there, though I understand it's a complex system. If I can grasp the interface better, I'll be more satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
