What do you like best about Sensible?

Their team was very responsive to our scope and quickly tailored the solution to specific issues that arose during development. We use the extraction tool on nearly every inspection we perform. Their pricing is fair compared to the time it saves us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sensible?

Nothing really. We did explore an AI based solution with Sensible and they did not seem to have an interest or capability. AI is not high on our needs list in this part of our business since the Extraction Tool they provided is quite good and fairly priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sensible solving and how is that benefiting you?

We provide cost estimates following our property inspections and the first step of moving inspection findings into a spreadsheet is a breeze with the Extraction Tool. We save Administrative time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
