It saved us a lot by preventing big fake orders from going through. We were facing some sort of attack—not sure exactly what it was—but we were getting hundreds of fake orders per hour and didn’t realize it immediately. When customer requests started coming in bulk, asking for refunds, we realized what was happening. We had to block our site from taking any orders for 3 days before we tried Sensfrx, and bam—it completely stopped the attack. After setting it live, we noticed the volume of fake orders being flagged, along with reasoning for why they were considered fraud. Haven't really faced any issues yet. It seemed pretty straightforward. Their support team reached out when I signed up, walked me through a couple of things to help tailor it to my issue and keeps checking periodically to make sure it's working fine.
