What do you like best about Sense?

I love their adaptability, they do appear to be moving in a direction of flexibility and user accessibility wghile incorporating AI, which is great and where the industry is headed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sense?

I would echo some of the same themes as before - there is a lot of gear shift and roadmap, but not something that's completely tangible yet. At the same time as all this growth, it seems very AI-sided and not necessarily aligned on some of their other products outside of AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sense:

Decide the areas you would like to see the most improvement and really build from there. From automating to data integrity we've been able to look at a multitude of areas in business where we can utilize sense for improvements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving issues of automation and API connection, re-engagement and data cleanliness have been excellent use cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
