What do you like best about Sense?

Ease of use; very quick way to communicate with clients and candidates in a channel that they like to communicate in - much more likely to get immediate responses than using e-mail. Immediacy of communication is great for my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sense?

With the iPhone app version, it often takes quite a while to sync back to the desktop version. I find myself searching for texts that I KNOW are there, but they haven't/don't show up in the mobile app. Also, very occasionally, the application is slow to load messages and strings that go back 30+ days. Finally, it would be great if there was a way to delete one-off texts that I'll not use again - it would allow me to clean up all the texts. However, the above are relatively minor inconveniences compared to what the app allows me to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sense:

What problems is Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to connect with my clients & candidates MUCH quicker than any other channel of communication. My response rate has increased significantly. Especially helpful when I need quick turnarounds and time is of the essence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
