What do you like best about Sendwo?

Customer support is the biggest feature I like about Sendwo. Many other companies are also in the market right now with more features, but none of them provide customer support. Because of WhatsApp compliances, WhatsApp marketing tools are not that easy to use. Without expert help, it's almost impossible to use WhatsApp marketing. What do you dislike about Sendwo?

What problems is Sendwo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sendwo solves a lot of issues for businesses like mine. It Saves Time: Instead of manually sending messages one by one, Sendwo lets me send them in bulk quickly and easily with 0% API Cost. Automation: It’s great because I can schedule messages in advance, set up follow-ups, and reminders without having to think about it constantly. Keeps Customers Engaged: Even though I’m sending messages in bulk, I can personalize them, making my customers feel like they’re getting individual attention.
