What do you like best about SendTurtle?

As a business owner, I’m constantly sharing proposals and pitch decks. Before Phalanx it always felt like I was just tossing them into the wind with no idea how they were landing. Now I can actually see who opened what, which pages they looked at, and when. It makes following up so much easier (and way less awkward). Plus, it’s super easy to use and my customers don’t have to create a login to view the files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendTurtle?

The only thing I’m really looking forward to is deeper integrations. Right now, I still have to manually log data into my CRM or follow up via email separately. If there were plug-and-play integrations with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or even Google Workspace, it would take the workflow to the next level. What problems is SendTurtle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before SendTurtle, I had zero visibility into what happened after I sent a proposal. I’d wait days wondering if someone even opened it. Now I know exactly who’s engaging, which pages they spent time on, and when to follow up. That visibility has helped me close deals faster and prioritize real leads over tire-kickers.
