I like how Sendtric is easy and straightforward to set up. It's not complicated at all, and everything is there, so I don't have to be a tech person to understand how to use it. Free tier is actually enough if you just want a decent timer. The embed feature and the good customization is already worth it. But if you want more access, their paid tiers are pretty cheap.
