Sendmarc has provided excellent value by simplifying DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management while giving us clear visibility into email security risks. The platform helped us successfully move our domains to a DMARC "Reject" policy, protecting them from spoofing and impersonation attacks. One area where Sendmarc could improve is making some of the reporting and technical data easier to interpret for non-technical users. While the interface is generally user-friendly, certain compliance and authentication insights can require additional analysis to fully understand. More customizable dashboards and high-level executive summaries would enhance the user experience. In terms of integrations and performance, the platform has been reliable and effective, and the onboarding process was smooth with excellent support from the Sendmarc team. From a value perspective, the solution has delivered a strong return by helping us secure our domains against spoofing and phishing attacks, although additional reporting flexibility and intelligent recommendations would make the platform even more powerful.
