"Sendmarc Makes DMARC, SPF, and DKIM Management Simple Across All Domains"

5/5

What do you like best about Sendmarc?

In short, Sendmarc streamlines DMARC, SPF, and DKIM management, making it straightforward to set up, monitor, and enforce email authentication across all of our domains from one central dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendmarc?

As someone new to email authentication, I found Sendmarc’s interface fairly approachable, but it still felt insufficient for a true beginner. The platform would benefit from stronger onboarding and more guided tutorial resources. I often struggled to figure out the next steps and to review my authentication results with confidence. What problems is Sendmarc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real protection. Real visibility. Real results:

Stop Spoofing Cold: When p=reject is enforced, emails that fail authentication are blocked before they reach recipients, helping protect our customers and brand’s credibility.

Fix SPF Complexity: SPF Flattening automatically resolves SPF include limits, helping bypass the 10-lookup limit that often leads to email delivery failures.

Actionable Intelligence: DMARC aggregate reports show which sources are sending email from our domain and how those messages perform against authentication checks over time.

Better Deliverability: Properly authenticated emails are more likely to reach the inbox. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC signal to receiving servers that our domain is legitimate, reducing the risk of valid messages being flagged as spam or routed to junk.

Operational Efficiency: Sendmarc includes a suite of diagnostic lookup tools that let users quickly verify the health of SPF, DKIM, and MX records. The results feed into actionable dashboards that help teams identify unauthorized senders and analyze email headers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
