"Simple Setup, Clean API, and Great Value for Order Update Texts"

What do you like best about Sendivo?

Setup was simple. We connected our order system and website in about a day. The API is clean, the webhooks are signed, and the Send Test button made it easy to check our setup. The price per text is very low, which matters for a small business sending order updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendivo?

Carrier approval took about a week, longer than the 24–48 hours we expected. Also, requests without a User-Agent header get blocked, which took a minute to figure out. Neither was a big problem once we knew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sendivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old text provider shut off our account, and all our order texts stopped. Sendivo replaced it. Customers get payment, shipping and delivery texts again, and their replies come back to us. That means fewer "where's my order?" emails and faster payments, because customers see the payment reminder right away on their phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
