What I like best about Sendivo is that it feels pretty straightforward compared to a lot of other SMS platforms we looked at. We mainly wanted something that could handle higher-volume SMS campaigns without making the whole setup unnecessarily complicated, and so far it has done that well.
The pricing was also a big factor for us. It felt competitive, especially when you start looking at sending larger volumes, where small differences in cost can add up pretty quickly.
Another thing I’ve liked is the support. Whenever we’ve had questions about setup or how something works, we’ve been able to get help quickly instead of waiting forever for a generic support response.
Overall, I’d say the biggest positive is that it does what we need without feeling overly complicated. Once everything is set up, it’s easy to manage campaigns and keep track of what we’re doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me has been the initial setup and onboarding. Sendivo works well once everything is configured, but getting to that point took a bit more figuring out than I expected. Some parts of the platform are not completely obvious the first time you use them, and I think the onboarding could do a better job of walking new users through the important settings step by step.
The UI is generally fine, but a few areas could be more intuitive. Sometimes you have to click around a bit to find the setting or information you are looking for, and better tooltips or short explanations inside the platform would help a lot.
I also think the reporting and integrations could become a little more polished over time. For our use case, it would be useful to have more detailed campaign-level reporting and an even easier way to connect Sendivo with the other tools in our workflow.
None of these have been major dealbreakers for us, and support has been helpful whenever we have had questions. It is more a case of the product still having some areas that could be made smoother and easier for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
