What do you like best about Sender.net?

What I like most about Sender.net is its user-friendly platform and excellent customer support. Managing email marketing campaigns is straightforward, and the platform offers useful tools for reaching our clients effectively.

A special thanks to Lucas from the support team, who went above and beyond to resolve our email deliverability issues. He carefully investigated our account, adjusted our email delivery routing, and provided clear instructions throughout the process. After his assistance, our emails successfully reached our corporate inboxes.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

One area that could be improved is email deliverability troubleshooting. We initially experienced issues with emails not reaching our corporate Microsoft 365 inboxes, despite having all domain authentication settings correctly configured. It was difficult to identify the cause independently, as the platform provided limited visibility into delivery routing and potential issues.

Fortunately, Lucas from customer support resolved the problem by adjusting our email delivery route. While the issue was handled excellently, more detailed delivery diagnostics and troubleshooting tools within the platform would make the experience even better. What problems is Sender.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sender.net helps us streamline and professionalize our email marketing and client communications at Salas, Piantini & Asociados. Previously, managing large contact lists, distributing newsletters, and sending personalized communications to thousands of clients was a time-consuming process.

With Sender.net, we can manage our subscriber database, create professional email campaigns, schedule communications, and track engagement metrics such as open rates and clicks, all from one platform.

This allows us to communicate more efficiently with our clients, promote educational content and professional development opportunities, and better understand which topics generate the most interest.
