I like that Sendblue makes it super easy to call and message our leads, saving us a lot of time compared to what we were doing before. The blue icons really help because they boost the pickup and response rates when we contact people. It's been great for getting us better "speak to lead" which in our business is essential. When messaging the same leads from different numbers, it gets confusing because everything comes in the same message bubble. Also, I haven't found a way to edit messages or cancel them once I've scheduled them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
