What do you like best about Sendbird?

I like using this app because it helps to streamline in-app conversations with current, existing and potential clients. it makes things easier to help mange multiple conversations at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendbird?

Sometimes it seems to freeze, and sometimes it's hard to close the app and then get the same conversation back - I feel like they disappear and then I worry I cant get them back again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sendbird solving and how is that benefiting you?

In app quick converstaion with potential and current clients. have benefited from being able to instantly chat with people as they are going through the sales process and helps manage sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
