What do you like best about Sendabrief?

What I like most about SendABrief is how quickly it turns conversations into structured, usable SOPs. A lot of process knowledge usually gets buried in meetings, chat messages, and scattered notes, which makes documentation difficult to maintain. SendABrief helps organize that information into clear workflows that are much easier to follow and share with a team. It saves time, reduces manual documentation work, and makes it easier to keep important processes from getting lost as a business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendabrief?

Since the product is still relatively new, there are a few areas I’d like to see expanded over time, particularly additional integrations and more customization options for different workflows. That said, the core concept is strong, and I’d much rather have a tool that solves the main problem well than one that’s overloaded with features. What problems is Sendabrief solving and how is that benefiting you?

SendABrief helps solve a problem I’ve run into many times, which is turning information from meetings, chats, and conversations into clear, documented processes. Without a system in place, important details can easily get lost, and onboarding or training becomes much more difficult. Being able to quickly organize that information into structured SOPs saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier for everyone on the team to follow the same process.
