"Quick way to share engineering files without extra steps"

What do you like best about Send Anywhere?

I use Send Anywhere ,when I need to transfer engineering drawings, PDF manuals, and presentation files between my office laptop and another device. Instead of uploading everything to cloud storage, I can generate a transfer code and send the files immediately.

The interface is clean, so there isn’t much to learn. I also like that the receiver doesn’t need to create an account for one-time transfers, which is helpful when sharing documents with suppliers or team members outside our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Send Anywhere?

It has worked well for normal document transfers, but very large CAD packages can take longer depending on the network. The temporary transfer link also expires after some time, so if the recipient misses it, I need to generate a new one. It hasn’t been a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind. What problems is Send Anywhere solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team often needs to exchange updated PDFs, inspection reports, and technical documents during product reviews. Before using Send Anywhere, we relied on email attachments or uploading files to shared folders, which added extra steps.

Now I can transfer files directly in a few minutes, which saves around 10–15 minutes during review cycles and helps everyone work with the latest document version.
