What do you like best about Semuko?

Semuko is a wonderfully complete CRM already despite being a relatively new product. The founder's goal is to create the best system ever, but what truly sets Semuko apart is the rate of continued development and the founder's receptiveness and responsiveness to new ideas and requests. I asked about the possibility of integrating an external piece of software into Semuko. Less than 24 hours later, a working beta of the actual feature, not merely an integration method, had been added to my account. Absolutely phenomenal. Further, the developer cares about both the UI and the UX, which seems as if it should not be something rare, but it really is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semuko?

The documentation in the support panel is not very extensive - yet! That said, there is a feature called "Ask Semu" that cleverly leverages your chosen AI agent to help with issues, and, as I mentioned before, the developer is incredibly responsive to questions. What problems is Semuko solving and how is that benefiting you?

Semuko is helping me serve my clients far more efficiently and effectively, which will build my business. It is also helping me to analyze my business far more effectively. I appreciate the clarity of the design and the speed and ease with which I can use various tools. For the price, it is far more powerful and user-friendly than two other CRMs I used for years.
