What do you like best about Semactic?

What I really appreciate about Semactic is their support and availability. We have been followed for over 2 years now, mainly by Carine, and I appreciate having the same SPOC, who knows where we come from and understands our needs. What do you dislike about Semactic?

What problems is Semactic solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we redid our site 2 years ago, we completely underestimated (forgot) SEO, and Semactic helped us regain our positions, redo our site's structure, our internal linking, and for the past 2 years, they have been supporting us as our strategy and needs evolve.
