What do you like best about Selligence?

Selligence has given us some realy smart insights to the market, and they are presented in a really clear way.

However the thing that impressed me the most is the post-sales aftercare, it really helped us get used to the system and ensure we were getting the most from it. It was startlingly different to my experience with other platforms whereas once the integration is over, you're just left to get on with it. Amarbir was fantasic in the provision of this. What do you dislike about Selligence?

My understanding is that the aftercare provision is being scaled back, which seems really backwards given it's such a USP and without it, I wouldn't have written such a positive review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Selligence solving and how is that benefiting you?
