What do you like best about Selldone?

he sheer scope. I bought Selldone years ago, struggled to find time to learn it, and honestly let it sit. The recent Claude AI integration changed everything — I can now connect my supplier APIs, spin up stores and configure the platform conversationally. If I can think of a store concept, I can build it. I'm currently planning a subscription/download-credit store, something I'd never have attempted manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

The only thing that initially put me off was the learning curve, especially as a time-poor business owner. However, the AI integration has effectively removed that barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Selldone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Support deserves a mention — Mark has been incredibly helpful with every issue I've raised. I run a small print business in the UK and I'm not technical at all, yet I've gone from stalled to fully invested. Genuinely give you an edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
