Sell Me This Pen has proven to be an invaluable partner in both my career movement and as a partner vendor. Victor recruited me for a sales leadership position, and he played a pivotal role in helping me understand the opportunity, explore the mutual fit, and as a candidate advocate. Once hired, I've turned to Sell Me This Pen for numerous sales roles on my team. They have exhibited good judgment of character and experience - it helps that Victor was a successful salesperson and leader himself - plus excellent communication and collaboration, and a trustworthy resource. Sell Me This Pen knows how to recruit for salespeople and has an eye for talent - and fast! Other firms always try to sell me on candidates that aren't a good fit or haven't been properly screened based on experience and softskill requirements. I know that I can trust his judgment, and that we can have honest, transparent conversations about the status of the roles - and any feedback given is quickly applied. I haven't had a single complaint about Sell Me This Pen. If I could change anything, it'd be that I could use Sell Me This Pen for ALL my roles, not just sales - but Victor knows how to leverage his experience and network to be the best sales recruiter out there, instead of spreading himself too thin with roles that are not his expertise.
