1.It supports On-premises and Private cloud.
2. It is user friendly

What do you dislike about SeleniumBox (SBOX)?
1. It will be good if SSO is supported to login to Selenium Box.
2. Please create knowledge base with common issues so that we can refer that before raising support ticket.
3. There should be back up person to work on a ticket if someone goes on vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
