What do you like best about SelectSurvey.NET?

The product is chock full of features. I have not found anything that I can't do with this application. Additionally, the customer service and care for the customer is outstanding. In fact, I must say that there are not many companies that I can think of with this level of concern for the customer. It is an absolute pleasure to do business with them. What do you dislike about SelectSurvey.NET?

There is not much that I don't like. If I had to pick anything, it would be that it can take a little while to learn how to use all the features. Most everything is rather intuitive though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SelectSurvey.NET solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run surveys for my business and research. SelectSurvey allows me to do everything I need to do. For example, my surveys are for teams, so I need to know what team people are on. The custom email fields work perfectly for this. The team name can be included in the custom email field, which makes sure there are no differences in spelling among team members, which would create a nightmare trying to process the data.
