**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

As a foundation, the process for finding content is seamless, so much so that it's helped us change the culture of our sellers to now bring value to customer interactions with content. 

The analytics each time a piece of content is shared is so valuable, our sellers, sales leaders and the board love this insight. It allows us to understand the content that works but also how engaged a client is during the sales cycle. 

The DSR has been the most impressive feature. We're working on lots of use cases but primarily, we're embedding this into our customer experience, where a DSR will be opened for all customers as their one hub to access relevant content for them. Their contract, their latest commercial proposal, an introduction video to their account management team, escalation detail, how-to videos etc. This has had the biggest impact on adoption as everyone loves them. 

The platform was so easy to implement with the support of the project team - we're so happy with the impact in the first 3 months and can't wait for what's to come.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Like with any change management, some sellers are less likely to adopt Seismic dependent on their background, their approach and how big of a change this is. We have a few who have never shared content with customers, so they couldn't see the value (which is a sales training point) but regardless, this did impact on Seismic adoption. So my advice would always be to ensure you're putting the time into enabling your people to sell through content. If you have experienced, successful and agile salespeople, they will LOVE the platform. But it can be tricky to adopt for some.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, we struggled with disparate content sources, inconsistent branding, and fundamentally, sellers were wasting time trying to find the content they needed to share with their customers to help educate and bring value to their interactions. Seismic has completely solved these issues and more! As a foundation, the process for finding content is seamless, so much so that it's helped us change the culture of our sellers to now bring value to customer interactions with content. They share how-to video, articles, one-pagers, product specifications, podcast clips and so much more with their customers. However, the two areas that have had the biggest impact are the engagement  analytics and Digital Sales Rooms.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic is our central source of truth for our sales and customer success teams and it's been a vital part of our process for over 2 years. Seismic's robust library and categorization structure make it easy to surface the right content to the right user at the right time and in the right place. Having the flexibility to organize the content the way we need has been core to adoption and made even more impactful with the analytics and engagement information we and our reps receive on content.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic has been very receptive to product feedback and has made many improvements over the years. The core feature improvement that would make a major difference for my team and my end users is greater search functionality. Without Aura, searching for content is a challenge often and we've had to create resource hubs to help our reps find what they need without searching.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic Content keeps our content organized, categorized, and measured. The ability to have a central system of truth is important, but having the data is even more important. We also use Seismic for their buildable content to ensure our teams are using up-to-date pitch decks and other assets when presenting to prospects or customers. We have found great success with DSRs for sharing content, particular with larger prospects and the ability to transfer ownership to our CSM team is a huge functionality win!

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic is constantly improving and delivers value across all revenue generating teams. We initial looked at Seismic as an Enablement platform, but soon found that it can do so much more. 
With the functionality in Seismic it has brought together Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement and Onboarding all in one platform to work together, with both Personal Development of individuals but also collaboration and communication of resources in one place.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

We want to use Seismic more, but because some functionality isn't available in all Languages yet we have that limitation. As soon as it is (which we believe will be this year), we will look at rolling out more.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business had no way to manage all its resources, there is so much content that comes from Marketing often the teams were using out of date content, or didn't know where different things were located. Seismic brings all this together in a structure you can decide and edit for what works for you. Then not only that you know everyone on Seismic has the most up to date content and always on brand with the resources and messaging.

The tool offers many features (content creation, content visualization, and distribution). The onboarding process was very well paced, thanks to our contacts at Seismic, who follow a well-established and precise methodology. The tool is continuously evolving.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Content automation was somewhat more complex. Since Seismic works with many banks, they could offer predefined templates for recommendation lists (funds, equities, fixed income). Additionally, AI should be more deeply integrated and form a core part of the tool’s evolution, rather than being treated as an optional add-on. Finally, Seismic should consider adding a subscription tool for public content.

Content centralization and promotion, pitch book creation, and content distribution to prospects and clients.

Seismic delivers a great experience for users and customers alike. The platform can be customised to meet the needs of any organisation with new features and imporvements coming on a regular basis which sometiems are driven by user forums.

Seismic enabled us to firstly centralise sales content from disparate platforms, we then were able to integrate into platforms such as Salesforce to enable sales to have a single source of truth. Digital Sales Rooms enable marketing to drive GTM initatives

We rolled out Seismic across our global teams about a year ago, and adoption took off faster than expected, especially in the first few months. For a manufacturing org with complex products and a distributed sales force, that’s saying something.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Nothing in particular stands out as a major dislike. Like with any platform, there’s always room for improvement, and to their credit, Seismic is already addressing many of those areas. They consistently roll out updates and enhancements each quarter, which shows they’re listening and evolving with user feedback

Alignment across teams. Seismic provide us with a centralized library that is accessible and easy to share. It allows us to have the insights to make decisions based on user engagement data.

It's a great way to organize content, very intuitive from a user standpoint.

Some things that you would want to be simple are not, particularly when it comes to building Pages/DSRs. For instance, adding video files (that are not just content profiles), would be really nice.

Seismic has allowed us to put all of sales collateral in one place. Making sure that everyone is using the most updated version as well as being able to search off key names. Everyone has access to everything allowing for efficiency.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

I love that Seismic keeps everything in one place! No more digging through old folders or wondering if I’m using the right version of a document. It’s our single source of truth for all approved marketing content, sales playbooks, and messaging. Plus, the insights into what’s actually working help us fine-tune our strategy instead of guessing. It just makes life so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

If I had to pick something, it would be Planner/Projects. We originally had high hopes for it, but it doesn’t quite fit our project management needs since a lot of the content we work on isn’t housed in Seismic. Since it’s designed specifically for tracking Seismic content, we’d still need a separate tool to manage everything else, which isn’t ideal.

Before Seismic, keeping sales and marketing aligned was a struggle. Now, everything’s in one place, so there’s no guessing or hunting for the right content. Sales gets what they need, marketing stays consistent, and we can see what’s actually working—all in way less time.

I love the automation capabilities provided by Seismic, particularly with LiveDoc Express, which significantly scales our operations. Using side by side templates, especially in PowerPoint, streamlines our processes by integrating data efficiently. The seamless integration with tools like Outlook, Salesforce, and document management systems enhances our channels and workflow greatly.

Seismic offers an excellent way to manage content in a structured and consistent manner. We appreciate its integration with Salesforce to provide our users with a single source of truth and also recommended content based on Business context.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Users often encounter slow loading times, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the Predictive App does not allow for searching, filtering, or previewing content, making it less convenient to navigate and find specific information.

Ensure that our Salesforce team is able to access, view, and share updated sales-relevant content from a single, reliable source of truth.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

I find Seismic to be not only user-friendly for all our Sales and Marketing folks but also super user-friendly on the admin side. We are able to do all of our content and learning management in one place, which allows us to keep track of it all. We get great and useful insights and metrics on content usage. Having tools within Seismic connect with each other is also such a bonus, like the 'Add to DSR' Feature, workspace, and Meetings. I just love it all.

Nothing. I really could not do my job if it wasn't for Seismic Content.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Managment, External communication for our sales team, collaboration with Marketing, Meetings-Insights and recordings. The team never had any of these features at the capacity that Seismic provides before we launched Seismic for everyone. It makes such a difference.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

We were not able to use Seismic because the implementation failed after a year.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Our experience was the classic "over-promise during sales" and "under-deliver on execution." Seismic turned out to be too complex and cumbersome for our team to implement effectively, and it became clear that the software would not actually help solve our content management problem. We had to scrap the implementation after a year. We had been forced to sign a 3-year contract upfront (bad sign!!), and then Seismic refused any accommodation and didn't take any responsibility for the failure. They charged us 2 years of license fees to cancel the 3-year contract. This was especially offensive after they had billed us every hour of support time for the implementation on top of the license fees. This was a major lesson learned - don't ever pay in full upfront and don't work with companies who use glitzy, high-pressure sales approaches.

It was meant to solve our content management problem and automate proposal generation.

Seismic is extremely user friendly from an end-user navigations standpoint and from an implementation and build standpoint.

I wish the admin user training and material was more robust and easier to navigate. I often struggle to find what I need easily to implement a product or feature. A roadmap would also be helpful that outlines which features to implement first. I lean on my CSM a lot, who is fantastic but I know her time is limited. I would also like to see more creative and innovative ways to reach customers in addition to LiveSend and DSR.

We use Seismic for sharing assets with customers. It makes it easy to find and share the most up-to-date content with everyone you need to. Searching and filtering is easy and its also liked to our Confluence.

The content expires after a year for us, so if you share it with an end user and they try to come back to it at a later date the content may be gone.

This has not only benefitted our clients, but through the easy to use dashboards made this straightforward for our internal teams too. I have also been impressed by the support that the team have offered throughout integration.

With integration not yet complete it is difficult to say however it would be beneficial if underlying data was more easily accessible out of the box. However as intergration continues I would expect this particular concern to alleviate.

I like the content that my company has put into the system. There is a ton of really useful stuff for me as a sales person.

Seismic makes it extremely difficult to find the information that y company has put into it. I really need to ask around for simple pieces of information that should be easily searchable. 

For this to actually work as intended at a large enterprise, significant updates need to be made to the platform.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a place for my company to store our content. It is benefitting me by having a place to go to look for content. Although I think the processed can be improved greatly. Besides a few folders that are useful, finding content that isn't already organized into folders is near impossible with the elementary search algorithm and placement in seismic content.
