What do you like best about SefMed?

1) Well designed app to track medical representative activity for your business.

2) it covers all aspects of marketing representative activity whether it is doctor or hospital visit, gift given to doctor, comment received by doctor etc.

3) Graphical interface helps to analysis visits, expenses etc. easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SefMed?

I don't have any point to dislike sefmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SefMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are logistics partner for one of our Pharma client. We use this software as a value added services for them.

Earlier medical representative were submitting physical paper copies to Data entry department then our data entry team was doing data entry of the same in excel. All the process was so time consuming and costly.

Missing MR reports or typing errors were common in that time.

After implementing Sefmed we able to get realtime data. It's graphical interface analysis helping management to track visits and expenses easily.

It also enabled to evelute doctors comments, review in detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
