I use SeekOut to source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles, especially in technical and specialized hiring. Its AI-powered search helps uncover talent beyond traditional keyword matching, while features like candidate ranking, personalized outreach, and ATS integration make it much easier to build strong pipelines and move candidates through the recruiting process efficiently. What I like most about SeekOut is how much faster it makes finding qualified candidates for niche and technical roles. The AI-powered search understands skills and experience beyond simple keyword matching, and the clean interface, smart candidate recommendations, and personalized outreach tools help me build strong talent pipelines with much less manual effort. One feature I really appreciate is the depth of candidate profiles, which bring together skills, career history, public contributions, and other relevant information in one place. One area that could be improved is giving recruiters more flexibility to customize search filters and candidate ranking based on their own hiring priorities. While the AI recommendations are generally very relevant, they occasionally surface profiles that require additional manual review, and I'd also like to see faster profile updates and more granular reporting on sourcing performance across different projects and teams. I'd like to see more customizable AI search settings, allowing recruiters to adjust how skills, experience, location, and industry are weighted for different roles.
