Availability of almost 100% at all times (except during announced maintenance windows) is optimal.

Usability is intuitive (Message Tracking + MapTable Manager Cloud).

What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

Default logoff after inactivity cannot be bypassed even after consulting with support and actively disabling the browser keep-alive timeout. After a few hours, the user is automatically logged off. The frequency of the additional confirmation via authentication key is too high or seems disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previously, the company had an outdated, inflexible, and poorly maintainable EDI tool. With Seeburger BIS, we have 24/7 support with SLA, thus clearly regulating the support.
