I especially value the platform’s monitoring of newly registered domains, impersonation attempts, scam campaigns, and brand abuse across both web and social channels, which makes it easier to stay on top of these issues. One area that could be improved is alert prioritization and signal-to-noise ratio. At times, the volume of detected lookalike domains or brand mentions can be high, and finer-grained risk scoring or better contextual filtering would help reduce analyst fatigue.
