What do you like best about Securden Unified PAM?

The implementation process was seamless and exceptionally fast. Within days, the entire platform was fully functional without any unnecessary deployment headaches or heavy administrative overhead for our IT team. Having core functionalities like credential vaulting and remote session management unified into a single, intuitive dashboard makes daily operations highly efficient. Furthermore, the user experience for our administrators is smooth, and the tool performs flawlessly without slowing down our systems. Another standout aspect is their customer support—the technical team is highly responsive, proactive, and always ready to assist immediately whenever we need guidance. What do you dislike about Securden Unified PAM?

The core audit logs and session recordings are captured perfectly, customizing the compliance reports exactly the way our management wants takes some extra effort. Also, during the initial setup, mapping very specific, granular access policies for nested groups took a bit of trial and error to get right. What problems is Securden Unified PAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling heavily with sprawling admin passwords, unmonitored vendor/broker access, and zero visibility into active server sessions. Before Securden, tracking who was logging into which server was a major security headache, and we had no way of knowing what an external vendor or engineer was doing inside our critical food delivery infrastructure in real time. Securden solved this by centralizing all our privileged credentials into one secure vault and enforcing strict, time-bound access. This has benefited us immensely because engineers no longer share root or admin passwords, and everyone connects securely through the portal without ever seeing the plain-text credentials. On top of that, real-time live session monitoring lets us shadow and watch active sessions as they happen, so we can terminate any unauthorized connection immediately with a single click. Combined with automated session recordings and clear, tamper-proof logs, passing our security audits has become an absolute breeze. Ultimately, having everything unified under one dashboard has drastically reduced our administrative overhead, allowing our small IT team to focus on core operations instead of managing a complex security tool.
