"Improving Access Governance While Reducing Manual IT Effort"
5/5
What do you like best about Securden Unified PAM?

I like the way how Securden Unified PAM simplified how we manage and secure privileged access across our IT environment. Having everything centralized in one platform made it easier to manage credentials, control access to critical systems, and monitor user activities. Just-in-Time access, live session monitoring, session recordings, and automated password resets through API are widely used features in our environment. They help us maintain better control over privileged accounts while reducing manual work. Overall, the solution has made privileged access management more structured and gave us better visibility into who accesses our systems and what activities they perform. What do you dislike about Securden Unified PAM?

One improvement I would like to see is a more detailed health-check and troubleshooting feature for remote sessions. For example, when an RDP or SSH connection fails, the product could automatically validate network connectivity, gateway availability, port accessibility, and configuration settings, then clearly identify the likely cause of the failure. Providing the relevant error details and recommended corrective steps directly in the console would help administrators resolve connection issues faster without having to rely on manual log analysis or support interactions. This would make troubleshooting more straightforward and improve the overall administration experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
