"Streamlined Privileged Access with Room for UI Enhancements"
5/5
What do you like best about Securden Unified PAM?

I particularly like the recent improvements around Just-In-Time access and the browser extension. The more granular JIT workflows make it easier to control privileged access across users, roles, groups, and assets. The enhanced browser extension, along with the session recording capabilities, also makes privileged access more convenient while still providing stronger visibility and auditing.

On pricing, it feels competitive for the market and overall good. Onboarding was also effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securden Unified PAM?

I feel the web RDP feature could definitely use improvement. I sometimes run into pixelation issues where the images look blurry or part of the RDP screen turns black during a session, which affects the stability. Also, the direct copy-paste between my local machine and the web RDP isn't as seamless as I'd like; it requires extra steps with the clipboard, which can be a hassle. And then there's the synchronization with Active Directory. Sometimes newly created objects, like accounts or computers, don't appear after syncing. It seems like it needs a better way of verifying object counts so nothing's missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
