"Makes Routine Patching Easier to Stay On Top Of"

What do you like best about SecOps Solution?

One thing I noticed after we started using SecOps Solution is that it has made our regular patching process much more organized. Earlier, it was easy to lose track of which systems still needed updates, especially when handling multiple servers. Now I can quickly review what needs attention without spending time checking each machine individually.

I also like how the platform handles both operating system patches and third-party software updates. Having both in one workflow means fewer things slip through the cracks. The scheduling options are practical too, since we can plan updates during maintenance windows instead of interrupting users during working hours.

What do you dislike about SecOps Solution?

The product has worked reliably for us. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the ability to create more personalized report templates so different teams can view the information most relevant to them without additional filtering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecOps Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest challenge was maintaining consistency. Some systems would get updated on time while others would be missed until someone manually checked them. That made it difficult to know where we actually stood from a security perspective.

Since implementing SecOps Solution, we have a much clearer process for identifying missing patches, tracking remediation, and verifying that updates have been applied successfully.
