What do you like best about SecOps Solution?

We’re a small IT team, so tools that reduce manual work are a big deal for us. SecOps basically acts like an extra team member handling patch tracking and vulnerability visibility.

I check the dashboard almost every day. It gives a clear view of what needs attention without digging around too much. Also nice that it covers third-party apps, because that’s usually where things slip.

The automation part is also helpful. Once policies are set, you don’t have to constantly babysit the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SecOps Solution?

Reporting is decent but could be a bit more flexible, especially when sharing with management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecOps Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn’t have a proper way to track vulnerabilities across all systems. Most of it was either manual or dependent on different tools that didn’t talk to each other.

Now, we have a single place where we can see everything, vulnerabilities, patch status, and system health. For a small team, that makes a big difference. It saves us time daily and helps us focus on actual issues instead of just tracking them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
