What do you like best about Secoda?

The goal of having an actual 1-stop data workspace for all our data users feels realistically within our grasp now, thanks to the breadth of the offering and the platform's user-centric, intuitive nature.

The team at Secoda has also been very responsive to all our questions and, even more exciting for us, open to so many of our suggestions over time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Secoda?

I think the fact that they are so focused on delivering a great experience (and tool) to their customers sometimes leads to some niggly issues creeping in with minor updates. In that sense, I believe a key strength of theirs could also be an unintended weakness.

I have seen a positive change over the last couple of months as they mature as a company (in approach, size etc.), and I have no doubt they will continue finding the sweet spot between speed and quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Secoda solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a world where the good intentions of data self-service so easily turn into data anarchy, I believe having a platform like Secoda (which our data users are actually happy to use!) helps an organisation gain some level of control again.

Not only is it a great data discovery tool, but it enables us to guide our users throughout their journey of discovery by highlighting certified resources, who the owners of resources are and what the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
